Mission Statement

The Rabbit Hole exists to provide hope, support, resources, and community for individuals facing mental health challenges through peer support, education, outreach, and advocacy.

Vision Statement

A community where no one struggles alone and every person has access to compassion, understanding, and support.

Problem Statement

Many individuals cannot afford counseling, feel isolated, or lack of access to support groups and resources, especially in rural communities.

Why Support Groups Matter

My Suicide Letter That Was Never Written - Cody VanWey

This is a story that I never wanted to tell.

A Story of Pain, Survival, and Purpose

Keep Moving Forward. Your Story Isn’t Over Yet.

This isn't a book about giving up. It's about all the reasons I never did. I hope that by the time you finish this story, you'll discover a few reasons of your own. For most of my life, I carried a letter inside of my head - a letter I thought would be the ending, But every time I got close to writing it, someone - by their love, their kindness, or even their presence - gave me one more reason to stay. This is the true story of those reasons. From a small town in Kansas, to battles with mental illness, to building a life of purpose and creating The Rabbit Hole Support Group - this is a story about pain, people, and perseverance.
